Disney buys 21st Century Fox in a massive deal NEWS / UNITED STATES  US & Canada United States SIGN UP The Walt Disney Company has agreed to acquire most of the assets of 21st Century Fox. The transaction is valued at roughly $52bn and could change the way viewers around the world watch movies and TV.
